When you sign up for nutrition coaching you will receive one on one coaching with me through ProCoach. This includes a short daily lesson and habit check-in, as well as bi-weekly progress updates. You will find motivation, accountability, and nutrition guidance through coaching.
No matter how much one knows or wants to change, only consistent, daily action will result in change. This type of habit based nutrition coaching focuses on repeating small, short-term daily actions to work towards a long-term goal.
Habits are taught in short daily lessons that will tell you what you need to know (such as what are whole foods or smart protein sources), why we work on particular habits (such as why is sleep important), and give you suggestions on how to do a habit (such as how to notice your relationship between food and feelings or keep a food journal).
Your nutrition program will be tailored to fit your coaching and accountability needs, including weekly myfitnesspal food log (if using) check-in, review and feedback.
